Protect Your Investment Before You Drive Off the Lot

The Coverage Your Vehicle Deserves

When you buy a vehicle at Frankman Motor Company, our finance office does more than handle paperwork. We work with multiple top-rated warranty and protection providers to match every vehicle with the right coverage — based on its age, mileage, make, and model. We strongly recommend these products because we've seen firsthand what happens when a customer has them and when they don't. The right coverage pays for itself the first time you need it.

ElevateCare — Cosmetic & Protection Package

ElevateCare through Alpha Warranty is the all-in-one protection package we recommend with every vehicle. It covers the everyday damage that happens to every car on the road — and it's a fixed price regardless of what you're buying.

ElevateCare

Powered by Alpha Warranty
$2,400
5 Years • Unlimited Miles

Tire & Wheel

Covers tire and wheel damage from nails, glass, potholes, rocks, tree limbs, and any other road hazard not normally found on the roadway.

Key & Remote Replacement

Provides a replacement key or remote if yours is ever damaged, lost, or stolen. Modern key fobs can cost $300–$500+ to replace out of pocket.

Paintless Dent Repair

Repairs dents or dings smaller than 4 inches permanently through the paintless dent repair process — without damaging your vehicle's original paint.

Windshield Repair & Replacement

Covers repair of cracks or chips smaller than 6 inches — or a full windshield replacement if it can't be repaired. Replaced windshields stay covered for the remainder of the plan.

24/7 Roadside Assistance

Towing, winching, jump starts, flat tire service, fuel delivery, and lockout service — anywhere, anytime, for the life of the plan.

Cosmetic & Curb Add-On

Upgrade to Cosmetic & Curb for alloy or chrome wheels and add cosmetic wheel protection on top of all the standard ElevateCare benefits.

+ Cosmetic & Curb (Alloy)

All ElevateCare benefits plus cosmetic protection for alloy wheels

+ Cosmetic & Curb (Chrome)

All ElevateCare benefits plus cosmetic protection for chrome wheels

$2,400 over a standard 72-month loan = roughly $33 per month. One windshield replacement alone can run $400–$1,200+. One key fob replacement can cost $300–$500. A single tire and wheel claim can easily exceed $500. This product often pays for itself with a single use — and you have it for 5 full years with unlimited miles.

We don't just offer one warranty from one company. We work with multiple providers to match the right coverage to your specific vehicle.

Vehicle Service Contracts

A Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) covers mechanical breakdowns and repairs after your purchase — everything from powertrain-only coverage to comprehensive factory-type protection. Every vehicle is different, and so is every VSC. We work with four top providers and match the right one to your vehicle's year, make, model, and mileage to make sure you're getting the best coverage at the best value.

What Does VSC Coverage Cost?

VSC pricing depends on the level of coverage you choose and the vehicle you're buying. There's a wide range — from basic powertrain-only plans that cover the engine and transmission to full comprehensive (exclusionary) coverage that protects nearly everything on the vehicle.

For real, comprehensive factory-type coverage, a good rule of thumb is roughly 8–12% of the vehicle's sale price:

$30,000 Vehicle
~$52/mo
$50,000 Vehicle
~$69/mo
$75,000 Vehicle
~$83/mo

*Figures based on average 72-month financing term

Powertrain-only coverage is significantly less expensive and is a solid option if you want to protect against the big-ticket repairs — engine, transmission, and drivetrain — without the cost of full comprehensive coverage. It's all about matching the right level to your budget and your vehicle.

Exact pricing depends on your vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, and the coverage level you choose. Kevin or Nate will walk you through every option and help you find the right fit.

Gap Insurance

Don't Get Stuck Paying for a Vehicle You No Longer Have

If your vehicle is totaled or stolen, your insurance company pays out the actual cash value — what the car is worth at that moment, not what you owe on it. In many cases, there's a gap between what insurance pays and what's left on your loan. That difference comes out of your pocket.

Gap insurance covers that difference. It pays off the remaining balance between your insurance payout and your loan amount so you're not stuck making payments on a vehicle you can't drive.

Our Gap coverage is provided through AAGI (American Auto Guardian) — the same trusted provider behind our VSC programs. It's a straightforward product that we strongly recommend for anyone financing a vehicle, especially if you're putting less than 20% down or financing for 60+ months.

Meet Your Finance Team

When you buy a vehicle at Frankman, you'll sit down with one of our two finance managers. Kevin and Nate work as a team — they share the same approach, the same product knowledge, and the same goal: making sure you understand every option available to protect your investment.

Kevin Marlow — Finance Director at Frankman Motor Company

Kevin Marlow

Finance Director

Kevin oversees the entire finance department at Frankman. He selects which warranty carriers and protection providers we work with, manages carrier relationships, and handles the administrative side of F&I. He also works directly with customers in the finance office — walking through every coverage option, explaining what each product does, and helping you make an informed decision on your purchase.

Nate Russell — Finance Manager at Frankman Motor Company

Nate Russell

Finance Manager

Nate handles the majority of deals in the finance office and is the person most customers will sit down with after choosing their vehicle. He'll walk you through every financing option and protection product available for your specific purchase — no pressure, no surprises. Whether it's matching the right VSC to your vehicle or explaining how ElevateCare works, Nate makes sure you leave with a clear understanding of what you're getting.

We strongly recommend these products because we've seen it go both ways. We've seen customers save thousands because they had coverage — and we've seen customers pay thousands out of pocket because they didn't. Kevin and Nate will make sure you understand exactly what you're getting and exactly what you'd be walking away from.

F&I FAQs

A Vehicle Service Contract — often called an extended warranty — covers the cost of mechanical repairs after your purchase. Depending on the coverage level, it can cover everything from the powertrain (engine, transmission, drivetrain) to comprehensive factory-type protection. If a covered component fails, the VSC pays for the repair so you don't have to.
Because every vehicle is different. A 3-year-old truck with 30,000 miles needs different coverage than a 10-year-old sedan with 120,000 miles. By working with Alpha Warranty, AAGI, National Auto Care, and Ameriplus, we can match the right provider, coverage level, and price to your specific vehicle — rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all product that may not be the best fit.
ElevateCare through Alpha Warranty is a cosmetic and protection package that covers tire and wheel damage, key and remote replacement, paintless dent repair for dents under 4 inches, windshield repair and full replacement, and 24/7 roadside assistance (towing, winching, jump starts, flat tires, fuel delivery, and lockout service). It's a fixed price of $2,400 for a 5-year term with unlimited miles — regardless of what vehicle you're buying.
Over a standard 72-month loan, ElevateCare breaks down to roughly $33 per month. A single windshield replacement can cost $400–$1,200+. A key fob replacement runs $300–$500. A single tire and wheel claim can easily exceed $500. Most customers use this product more than once during the 5-year term — meaning it often pays for itself multiple times over.
Gap insurance covers the difference between what your vehicle is worth (its actual cash value) and what you still owe on your loan if the vehicle is totaled or stolen. If you're financing with less than 20% down, financing for 60+ months, or buying a vehicle that depreciates quickly, Gap coverage is strongly recommended. Without it, you could be responsible for paying off a loan on a vehicle you no longer have.
VSC pricing is based on your vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, and the level of coverage you choose. Powertrain-only coverage is the most affordable, while comprehensive/exclusionary (factory-type) coverage costs more but covers significantly more. A good rule of thumb for comprehensive coverage is roughly 8–12% of the vehicle's sale price. Rolled into a standard 72-month loan, that works out to around $52/month on a $30,000 vehicle, $69/month on a $50,000 vehicle, and $83/month on a $75,000 vehicle. Kevin or Nate will walk you through every option and price point so you can choose what makes sense for your budget and your vehicle.
Yes. All of our F&I products — VSCs, ElevateCare, and Gap insurance — can be rolled into your vehicle financing. This spreads the cost over your loan term so you don't have to pay a lump sum upfront. For example, ElevateCare at $2,400 over a 72-month loan adds roughly $33 per month to your payment.
All of our F&I products are optional — they're never required. We present them because we believe in them and we've seen them save our customers thousands of dollars. But the decision is always yours. Kevin and Nate will explain everything clearly and let you make the call.
