Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for FMC Certified status, a vehicle must meet the following criteria at the time of purchase:
- 7 model years old or newer
- 125,000 miles or fewer on the odometer
- Purchased directly from Frankman Motor Company
Coverage begins on the date of purchase and runs for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Bring your FMC Certified vehicle back to our service department and pay nothing out of pocket for covered repairs. We cover 100% of parts and labor. If you need service elsewhere, we still have you covered with a $100 deductible, 100% of parts, and 50% of labor costs (up to $65/hr).

FMC Certified warranty covers the mechanical breakdown of the following drivetrain and powertrain components. A covered part has failed when it can no longer perform the function for which it was designed.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty covers mechanical breakdowns only — not preventative maintenance. The following are excluded from coverage:
Exclusions
- Rental assistance, trip interruption, roadside assistance (towing, jump starts, lockout services, etc.)
- Repairs performed without prior authorization from Frankman Motor Company
- Any component not specifically listed in the covered systems above
- Failures caused by not following the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule
- Damage from collision, fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, water intrusion, or foreign objects
- Damage from using the vehicle in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer
- Failures caused by improper towing (vehicle not equipped for the purpose or exceeding manufacturer limits)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect — including continued driving after symptoms of a breakdown appear
- Non-factory modifications made after the date of sale (lift kits, oversized tires, engine mods, etc.)
- Failures already covered by another warranty, insurance policy, or manufacturer guarantee
- Repairs completed outside the 50 United States, U.S. territories, or Canada
- Property damage, injury, or consequential/incidental damages resulting from vehicle use
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnosis costs: You are responsible for any tear-down or diagnosis charges needed to determine if a breakdown is covered. If it is determined to be a covered repair, FMC will reimburse diagnostic costs.
- Protect the vehicle: If a breakdown occurs, use all reasonable means to prevent further damage — this may mean stopping the vehicle, turning off the engine, and arranging a tow. Continued operation after symptoms appear may void coverage for that claim.
- Maintain the vehicle: Follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. Retain service records as proof of maintenance.
Limits of Liability
- Per repair visit: The maximum benefit shall not exceed the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle at the time of the claim, as determined by the NADA Guide for Retail Value.
- Aggregate limit: Total benefits paid under this warranty shall not exceed the vehicle’s original sale price (excluding tax, title, license, and financing charges).
Important Notices
This warranty is not an insurance policy. It is only valid when purchased in conjunction with an eligible FMC Certified vehicle from Frankman Motor Company Inc. Coverage is non-transferable — the warranty expires if the vehicle is sold to a new owner. Frankman Motor Company may contact you before authorizing any repair. Please rely only on the written terms of the warranty contract provided at the time of purchase.
